While applying for Jio (trueconnect) DLT Registration as Principal Entity or Individuals Registration below documents are mandatory for Bulk SMS:
For Individuals or Enterprise / Entity
- PAN Card
- Certificate of incorporation (COI)
- Document to support nature of the business (to request for related SMS headers)
- Document to support registration address (like COI)
- Entity’s authorisation letter if TM is performing the Scrubbing & Delivery activities
- SEBI issued certificated if SEBI registered broker
- GST Certificate
- Proof of authorized signatory
- Self-certification by authorized signatory required on letterhead with name
- Valid email ID & Mobile No for receiving OTPs & notifications
